SERVICE ADVISOR RECEPTIon cars (M/f)
PROFILE
- You have a technical background in the automotive world.
- You are willing to follow training to improve your knowledge.
- You speak and write Dutch and French fluently.
- You can work fluently with MS Word and MS Excel.
TASKS
- You are the intermediary between the customer and the workshop manager.
- You welcome customers, draw up the work with the customer and pass on the work to the workshop manager.
- When the vehicle is finished, you check the work sheet and finalize it. Then you contact the customer to deliver the vehicle again.
- Operate the telephone and draw up invoices.
